2. Description of Service
Dropbarter is a B2B marketplace that connects suppliers (Vendors) and online retailers (Sellers). We facilitate product listing, subscription, automated order routing, and shipping coordination. Dropbarter is not a party to the direct transaction between the seller and the end consumer, but acts as the facilitating platform.
3. Account Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and KYC verification.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
- Sellers are responsible for marketing, customer support, and sales taxes for their retail storefronts.
- Vendors are responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, product descriptions, and timely order fulfillment.
4. Payments and Billing
Sellers agree to pay for orders, shipping fees, and any platform subscriptions using the supported payment gateways. Vendors will receive payouts for fulfilled orders in accordance with our payout schedule, minus platform commissions and shipping fees. All transactions are subject to verification and anti-fraud checks.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users may not use the platform for any illegal purpose, listing of counterfeit goods, copyright infringement, or attempting to bypass the platform's payment system. Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of pending balances.
6. Limitation of Liability
Dropbarter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, inventory shortages, or courier delivery delays.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
