When you connect your Etsy shop to Dropbarter, we collect and process specific store and transaction details to facilitate dropshipping order fulfillment. This includes:
- Etsy Shop Profile: We read your shop details, such as shop name and shop ID, to associate your connected account.
- Etsy Receipts & Orders: We fetch pending, paid, and unshipped receipts (orders) from your Etsy shop to allow you to pull them into the Dropbarter platform for processing.
- Buyer Shipping Information: We access names and shipping addresses associated with your Etsy receipts solely for the purpose of shipping calculation, routing, and fulfilling the orders through our logistics network.
Data Retention & Deletion: We store authorization tokens securely. Order data pulled from Etsy is kept only as long as necessary to process, ship, and track the respective dropshipping orders. You can disconnect your Etsy account at any time from the Etsy Integration Dashboard, which immediately revokes our access tokens and stops further data retrieval. You may also contact our support team to request permanent deletion of any synced data.
