1. Shipping Operations
Dropbarter integrates with leading courier partners to offer reliable and automated shipping solutions. Vendors ship products directly from their warehouses using the manifests and shipping labels generated by our platform.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed by our vendors within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing includes picking, packing, and preparing the package for courier pickup. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays.
3. Shipping Rates and Calculations
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on:
- The origin address of the vendor's warehouse (Ship-From location).
- The destination address of the end customer.
- The dead weight or volumetric weight of the packaged products, whichever is higher.
Sellers can select from available standard or express shipping services depending on cost and delivery speed.
4. Delivery Timelines
- Domestic Shipping: Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination city.
- Delays: Occasionally, shipments may face delays due to extreme weather, regional logistics bottlenecks, or courier service disruptions. Dropbarter is not liable for such transit delays but will actively assist in tracking and escalating the issue.
5. Tracking Your Shipment
As soon as an order is dispatched, a tracking number and courier link will be updated in the seller's dashboard. Sellers can monitor progress and share tracking details with their end customers.
